Noise from neighboring rooms interrupted my peace!!! The bathroom amenities were inconsistent and minimal, impacting comfort!!! The overall temperature control can be improved for a more enjoyable stay!!!

We got a double room which was updated. The services were good, offered us strong free Wi-Fi.

Absolutely loved the relaxing atmosphere! The room with the balcony was fine, offering beautiful views. Waking up to the sound of the stream was magical. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The food was great, especially dinner!

The location was great and beautiful and the staff members were accommodating. You could walk to a market and department shops. Overall it was new-fashioned and updated with balcony.

What you'll love and hate

Really good hospitality amidst amazing views provided a nice experience! The room was cozy and well-furnished. We appreciated being able to check in early and check out late.

Sadly, some amenities were lacking. The bathroom supplies were minimal and the dining options were quite limited, especially after 6 PM when most places closed.

the unit we got was well-appointed with a beautiful view, a tv, balcony. the breakfast was extensive at 915 and had a lot of food. the location was unbeatable for traveling around hallstatt, so close to the location that has traffic control, and the center of the marketsquare.

The room was ridiculously small, and the contactless check-in was an absolute disaster. No staff to assist, which woudl have been nice. I almost expected a room upgrade for these inconveniences, but apparently, that's not in their playbook. Just couldn't bring myself to give a good review with these troubles. I guess mediocrity is the new luxury here.

We truly enjoyed marvellous and very pretty location of this place.

The services were superb. The room was new-fashioned and well-appointed in general, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast here was amazing with very simple food provided and options for different dietary requirements. Location: the hotel was not far from the centrum and Hallstatt Lahn or the great north postcard-view point and the mountains.

We found the balcony perfect. The breakfast is a highlight, with a good variety-even gluten-free options for family members. It was cozy and clean.

The room was quite small, and the front desk was rarely staffed were nice. The breakfast experience could also use improvement, as seating was cramped and difficult to navigate. Despite these drawbacks, the overall ambiance and hospitality were nice.

The hotel was ideally located right in front of the market square, providing easy access to local shops and fine views. Our room was cozy, with a balcony, made for a perfect relaxing spot while taking in the natural beauty around us. The restaurant offered delicious food with attentive service.

The breakfast selection could be a bit limited, feeling like it missed out on some local specialties.
